New friends!

I was up past 3 am last night studying for my exam this morning. I think it went fairly well. After class ended at 10, I had the opportunity to spend the morning/afternoon with some fellow moderators on the Rebelution forums whom I had never met (Nicole, David, and his sister Christina). It was an absolute blast! I wish we could have spent more time together. It was a great time of fellowship. You can read a more detailed account here. Christina (my sister) and Jeff Babb both have their drivers test tomorrow, so if you would keep them both in your prayers, that would be awesome. I was really encouraged by Jeremiah 33:8-9 today.

I will cleanse them from all their iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will pardon all their iniquities by which they have sinned against Me and by which they have transgressed against Me. It will be to Me a name of joy, praise and glory before all the nations of the earth which will hear of all the good that I do for them, and they will fear and tremble because of all the good and all the peace that I make for it.

The forgiveness found in Christ is truly incredible! So often, we think of how we benefit from His forgiveness, but His forgiveness and cleansing is for His glory... so that we would praise Him! Let us never forget the incredible gift of forgiveness that He gives us each and every day.

I usually just lurk and read all of your updates through my "Google Reader", but I had to come comment. :-)

Thanks so much for yesterday! I had a terrific time.

I'll pray for the drivers' tests, and also thanks for praying for my interview. I think that it went well.
